Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide updates on program status. Manage expectations and deliver transparent reporting. Budget & Resource Management: Manage program budget, ensuring that financial resources are allocated appropriately, and maintain control over project expenses. Optimize resource allocation to maximize program efficiency. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes, methodologies, and tools. Drive operational efficiencies and process optimization across programs. Quality Control: Ensure that all program deliverables meet the required quality standards, aligning with organizational and industry best practices. Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring that any changes to the program scope, timeline, or resources are carefully managed and communicated to stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management or project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple departments and stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and experience implementing them in a program management context. Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience with program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
