Key Responsibilities
                  Design and implement scalable data models using Erwin to meet business requirements.
                  Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts and Oracle-based solutions.
                  Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data architectures.
                  Lead the development of data pipelines, integration, and migration strategies.
                  Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
                  Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
                  Provide technical leadership in adopting best practices for data architecture in the telecom domain.
                  This is a hands-on role requiring active participation in data modeling, coding, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
                  10+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and analytics.
                  Proficiency in Erwin, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Python.
                  Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from complex datasets.
                  Expertise in database design, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
                  Familiarity with telecom-specific data systems is highly preferred.
                  Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
                  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
                  Knowledge of big data technologies and tools like Hadoop or Spark.
                  Telecom domain certifications or relevant project experience.
