The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, and other Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement Oracle Hyperion applications that optimize financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes.Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead and assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion solutions such as Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Essbase, and other EPM tools. Business Process Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map financial processes to Oracle Hyperion functionalities, ensuring that the solutions meet the specific needs of the finance team. Customization & Integration: Configure Oracle Hyperion solutions to align with organizational requirements and integrate with other ERP systems (such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, etc.) and data sources. Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) to ensure the functionality of Hyperion solutions. Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems promptly. Optimization & Performance Tuning: Optimize and fine-tune the Hyperion system for performance, ensuring data is processed efficiently and reports are generated accurately and in a timely manner. User Training & Support: Develop user documentation, provide training to business users on the use of Hyperion applications, and offer ongoing support to end-users. Upgrade & Maintenance: Assist with system upgrades, patches, and the installation of new releases. Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the system is functioning optimally. Reporting & Analysis: Support financial reporting needs by ensuring accurate data consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis are available via Hyperion solutions. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and use of Hyperion solutions.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Hyperion solutions, particularly Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and other Oracle EPM tools. Strong experience in financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Hyperion solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning modules, including Essbase and Data Forms. Familiarity with integration between Hyperion products and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.). Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in Hyperion financial reporting, data load scripts, business rules, and metadata management. Experience with Oracle Hyperion 11.x and newer versions, as well as Cloud solutions. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with development teams to resolve them. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
