Data Integration: Connect Tableau to various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data to create meaningful visualizations that provide actionable insights. Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness. User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, helping them navigate and utilize Tableau dashboards effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Tableau solutions. Documentation: Document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. Data Governance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a BI Developer with a focus on Tableau, including hands-on experience with Tableau's software suite. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred: Advanced Analytics: Experience with advanced analytics and statistical methods. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
