This role involves close collaboration with delivery teams, technical teams, and application users to document business requirements, define system enhancements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Some on-call support may be required based on the project phase. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders, and application users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and system design documents. Work closely with technical teams to coordinate system modifications, demos, UAT, and code releases. Assist in project/product management planning and user communication. Conduct system reporting and data analysis using SQL and Oracle. Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system integrity. Utilize Agile software development methodologies to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Work with Jira (preferred) to manage and track project progress. Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 8+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and system reporting. 8+ years of experience in system reporting (Oracle, SQL). 8+ years of experience in systems testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT). 8+ years of experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
