The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Aribas capabilities in procurement and supplier management and will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Ariba solutions for downstream activities (such as invoicing, procurement, and contract management) and the entire Source to Pay (S2P) process. The consultant will work closely with business teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure that the Ariba solution aligns with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: Ariba Downstream Expertise: Configure and implement Ariba downstream processes, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Invoice Management, Procurement Contracts, and Spend Analysis. Lead end-to-end implementation of Source to Pay (S2P) processes, integrating Ariba with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC). Collaborate with functional teams to map business requirements to Ariba solutions, ensuring the solution aligns with procurement, sourcing, and invoicing processes. Define, design, and configure SAP Ariba solutions for supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation. Support the integration of Ariba with external systems, including ERP systems, supplier networks, and third-party applications. Provide expertise in implementing Ariba Supplier Performance Evaluation and Supplier Risk Management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and configure the system accordingly. Support testing, training, and documentation efforts for SAP Ariba solutions. Optimize the Source to Pay process by recommending enhancements and improvements based on industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Ariba solutions during the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs. Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations and optimize the usage of Ariba in the organization.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant, with hands-on experience in Ariba Downstream (Procure to Pay, Supplier Management, Invoice Management) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Procurement, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Portal, and Ariba Sourcing. Hands-on experience with Ariba integration to SAP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications. Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle, supplier onboarding, contract management, and invoice reconciliation. Proven track record of Ariba implementation projects and working with cross-functional teams in large-scale environments. Expertise in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
