Job Title: Azure DevOps Subject Matter Expert (SME) Location: Jacksonville FL Onsite Contract (12 Months) Rate - $65/hr. C2C as the max rate. Need LI URL and PP number for submission. No OPT/GC/H1B-T profiles for this specific role. Job Description: Must-Have Qualifications: 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps. Expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS). Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep . Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power, Python, or Bash. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (AKS). In-depth understanding of Azure cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, etc.). Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and branching strategies. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Splunk. Familiarity with security practices for cloud environments, including identity management and compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect certification. Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
