From: Sanjeev, HMG America LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr CUCM- Network Voice engineer with Jabber Herndon VA or Mobile AL or Dallas Texas Contract This role will report to the PSL Lead for Devices and Services within the North America Digital Workplace Domain Activities The Services to be provided by the CISCO Voice engineer include all relevant tasks and activities which are necessary to accomplish the expected objectives: Manage VoIP, Cisco Telephony operations. Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience on Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) clusters, Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Analog Voice Gateways (VGs), Cisco voice gateway routers for PSTN connectivity, Jabber. Deploy, configure and maintain Cisco voice technologies and VTC, such as Webex Codec. Provide operational support for deployed technologies such as CUCM, CUC, SIP Trunk implementation within voice network and other network infrastructure. Monitor Incidents, troubleshoot and escalate production problems affecting Clients North Americas network and systems infrastructure. Perform supplier interaction with internal and external support organizations. Participate on projects to effectively communicate the operational requirements to ensure effective project/technology transition. . Create and deliver reporting. Advise users on technical requirements. Required Skills Core skills Demonstrate understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies (CUCM / CUC / Jabber ) used by Client and capable of supporting these technologies. Must possess excellent customer service and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical audiences. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties. Develop and progress technical knowledge and skills in line with our chosen technologies and support of these solutions. Able to understand and articulate the technologies we implement and support in our portfolio. Demonstrate time management, expectation setting and organisational skills. Brings a positive approach to teamwork with a willingness to learn and share knowledge. Able to manage critical Escalations to 3rd Parties and Cisco TAC when required. Ability to clearly articulate in-depth analysis of issues both during and after the incident management process.
