Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This critical role will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-level ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration, and will provide technical leadership to our ServiceNow development team. We are offering H1B sponsorship for qualified candidates who meet the specified requirements. Responsibilities: ServiceNow Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns. Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features and technologies to enhance platform capabilities. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex ServiceNow issues. Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards and procedures. ServiceNow Development and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Design and implement robust and scalable ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure proper security protocols are being followed. Platform Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor ServiceNow platform performance and identify areas for optimization. Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Architect role. -- teamware solution | Exec.
