Mention your consultant visa status also Job Description: Dynatrace, SRE Analyst Onsite - Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA Job Description/ Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynatrace and SRE, and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Oversee the monitoring and performance tuning of infrastructure using Dynatrace. Provide expert-level support for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical infrastructure components. Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes. Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization. Lead incident response efforts to quickly resolve infrastructure-related issues. Provide detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure operations and procedures. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations. Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable operations team.
