The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Ariba solutions, with a focus on optimizing procurement and supply chain processes. We offer H-1B visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions, including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Ariba solutions. Manage Ariba projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Perform testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP Ariba applications and integrations. Collaborate with other SAP consultants and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC). Create technical documentation and provide training to users on SAP Ariba best practices. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize the SAP Ariba platform and related processes.Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Supplier Management). Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes. Experience with SAP Ariba configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SAP Ariba integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other third-party systems.
