Position: Product Analyst Location: Onsite McLean, VA Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience Required: 11+ years Must Have: Strong experience as an IT Product Analyst in the mortgage industry Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO) managing the product life cycle Expertise in creating user stories, BRDs, and conducting user interviews Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Required Skills: Product Lifecycle Management (PLC) from ideation to post-launch Agile methodologies, including working with Scrum Masters, Engineers, QA, and UX/UI teams Business and functional requirement gathering, including Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Creating workflows, system integration diagrams, and conducting gap analysis Defining product vision, roadmap, and collaborating with product managers & architects Using velocity and burndown charts to track epics and feature delivery Drafting user documentation, best practices, and training materials Mortgage domain experience is a must Job Summary/Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, prioritizing product roadmaps to achieve key objectives Conduct user interviews and gather business, functional, and technical requirements Define workflows, business rules, and integration processes Lead stakeholder meetings to define product vision, resolve gaps, and drive portfolio priorities Contribute to process improvements by evaluating As-Is vs. To-Be states and identifying pain points Track feature delivery progress and report updates to leadership Validate use cases, conduct release testing, and publish release notes Would you be open to discussing this further Let me know a good time to connect, or feel free to share your updated resume.
