Need Healthcare Client experience also. E-commerce and Retail Experience - Experience with retail eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce etc. and experience with custom Java based commerce application, or migrating from Custom to Off-the-shelf), customer journey optimization, and eCommerce integrations (CRM, payment gateways). Web and Mobile Development-Modern web technologies (React), Java, AWS/Azure, mobile development (iOS/Android), and mobile-first commerce solutions. AI Implementation-Knowledge of AI/ML for commerce, including recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and integration with data platforms and cloud services. Headless Architecture Knowledge- Headless CMS and headless commerce, with a focus on API-first, microservices, and decoupled architectures. Compliance and Security- Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), eCommerce security, and AI privacy considerations. Program Management Skills/Agile- Experience with leading or being technically influential in large-scale programs, with understanding of business decisions, intake/priority management, manage risks, Azure DevOps, and Agile practices, SAFe for smooth program execution. Must haves : Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or equivalent industry experience is required. 9+ years of experience in a modern statically typed language (Java, Scala, Go, etc.). Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SQL and CSS. A strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. Experience working with / presenting to company executives.
