Must have solid experience with: D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Advanced Warehousing feature enabled within the operations module Warehouse Management Mobile application Purpose: The Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain) assists in supporting daily operations by utilizing D365 Finance & Operations systems. The primary goal is to support personnel in optimizing the organizational ERP and related systems/processes. This role involves supporting daily operations, managing support tickets, and implementing new system functionality. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of accounting and ERP systems, and be eager to collaborate with and support others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and related applications. Support business units utilizing supply chain management applications, including ERP and supplementary systems. Collaborate with business users to define business requirements and implement solutions using the supply chain business applications. Create technical design documents and work with software developers to implement system customizations and new functionality. Test newly released system functionality and customizations to ensure they meet defined business needs. Train business users on D365FO application functionality and processes. Provide timely support regarding inquiries, issues, and tickets. Collaborate with project teams during the analysis, development, and deployment phases. Validate D365 integration with other business systems. Interface with project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity. Engage with project teams to gather best practices, assets, and guidance to improve methodologies and the end customer experience. Data-driven mindset with intermediate knowledge of distribution best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
