Job Description Responsibilities: Research and understand the clients, their workflows and the problems our company is trying to solve for them. Host client research calls and implement data tracking to drive product decisions. Be the business and client voice within the product development team to ensure our company is building products that solve our clients' problems. Help set priorities and determine the product roadmap. Requirements: Must Have: 6+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with engineering teams. A problem solver who can identify the problems that our clients have and then think through creative solutions to those problems. Comfortable meeting with clients and conducting user interviews. A self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas. Resourceful: you don't always have all the answers, but you know how to find them. Analytical thinker. Detail oriented and relentless with breaking down product plans and requirements. Excellent written and verbal communicator good at telling the story, the problems to solve and the plan on how to get there. Ability to think big picture and understand the problems we're trying to solve, while also being able to zoom in on the nuances of implementation. Strong organizational skills and excellent follow through.
