Review business and functional requirements, and translate them into comprehensive technical designs. Produce high-quality, efficient, and scalable integrations that are fully unit-tested and peer-reviewed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline data exchange and synchronization across enterprise systems. Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other applications within the enterprise ecosystem. Provide guidance and support during all stages of integration, from development to deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Competencies: Digital: Microsoft Azure, Data Architecture, and Modeling. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in developing and managing integrations, with a strong background in Workday integration and architecture. Essential Skills: Expertise in Workday Human Resource Management and related modules. Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying integrations in Workday. Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, tools, and technologies. Ability to review and author detailed technical design documentation. Desirable Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture and Modeling. Knowledge of Digital technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, and how it integrates with enterprise systems. Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Workday and integration technologies are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
