From: Manish, Scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Sustainability Developer (Cority Specialist) Location: Milford, OH(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Cority System Development & Optimization: Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Cority modules to align with organizational sustainability goals, reporting requirements, and business processes. Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and data visualization tools within Cority to enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency. System Integration: Integrate Cority with internal and external systems (e.g., ERP, IoT sensors, third-party sustainability platforms) using APIs, data connectors, and other integration tools. Security & Permissions: Maintain system security by managing user roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and system access control. Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with the Cority software vendor to obtain design validation, follow best practices, and optimize system functionalities. Gain approvals for major configurations and feature enhancements. Sustainability & ESG Data Management: Data Collection & Processing: Oversee the collection, processing, and validation of sustainability data (carbon emissions, water usage, waste management, energy efficiency) within Cority. ESG Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports, regulatory disclosures, and corporate sustainability assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Compliance & Regulatory Support: Regulatory Updates: Monitor and implement system updates to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and corporate policies. Audit & Validation: Support the preparation and validation of sustainability data for audits, internal and external assessments, and regulatory filings. User Training & Support: Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring that Cority is functioning as expected. Training & Documentation: Develop and conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient use of Cority across departments. Provide documentation and best practices for end-users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, compliance teams, and sustainability stakeholders to ensure that Cority aligns with business objectives, user needs, and operational goals. Essential Skills & Competencies: Cority Expertise: Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Cority modules to meet organizational and sustainability objectives. API & Integration: Strong knowledge of system integrations, including working with APIs, data connectors, and third-party platforms (ERP, IoT sensors, etc.). Sustainability & ESG Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability data management (carbon emissions, water usage, energy, etc.) and experience in preparing ESG reports and regulatory disclosures. Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in development and customization tools, with the ability to create automated workflows, dashboards, and data visualization tools within Cority. Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of data security, user roles, and permissions management to ensure compliance and data integrity. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring high system uptime and user satisfaction. Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments (IT, compliance, sustainability) and with vendors to align Cority functionality with business goals. Desirable Skills: Cority Vendor Collaboration: Experience working directly with Cority software vendors for configuration validation, system optimization, and feature enhancements. Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Power, Python) for automating system processes and improving efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Experience in environmental compliance and staying updated with sustainability standards and environmental regulations.
