From: Manish Kumar, scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP EHS Consultant - Global Label Management (GLM) Location: Wilmington, DE(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: SAP Global Label Management (GLM) Configuration & Optimization: GLM Configuration: Configure SAP Global Label Management (GLM) for S/4 HANA and ECC systems, ensuring accurate and efficient labelling processes aligned with business needs. Barcode & Printer Configuration: Configure bar code and printer setups to support label printing and shipping processes. WWI Configuration & Template Design: Configure WWI (Windows-Based Word Integration) templates for label generation and report creation. Design templates to meet user requirements and improve overall report quality and delivery. Report Generation & Shipping: Implement solutions for generating, shipping, and tracking reports in compliance with EHS and GHS standards. Business Process & Data Management: EHS Process Understanding: Leverage a deep understanding of labelling and EHS business processes, particularly GHS classifications and the handling of hazardous material information. Specification Database Management: Manage specification databases and property trees to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. EHS Symbols & Reports: Manage and customize EHS report symbols, and ensure accurate representation of data in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and other regulatory documents. MSDS Templates: Experience in generating MSDS and MSDS templates, ensuring all necessary regulatory information is captured and displayed accurately. Consulting & Collaboration: Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and understand EHS needs, and work with technical teams to ensure SAP configurations align with business processes. EH&S Expert Rules Writing: Develop and maintain EH&S expert rules to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of SAP EHS solutions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and streamlining processes. Compliance & Regulatory Support: Regulatory Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with global and regional regulatory reporting requirements for EHS and GHS classifications. Best Practices & Standards: Promote the use of best practices in labelling, MSDS creation, and reporting to ensure high standards and regulatory adherence. Essential Skills & Competencies: SAP Global Label Management (GLM): Extensive experience with SAP GLM, specifically in S/4 HANA and ECC, including configuration and optimization. EHS Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labelling and EHS business processes, particularly related to GHS classifications and sustainability reporting. WWI Configuration: Expertise in WWI configuration, template design, generation variants, and report generation for various EHS needs. MSDS Generation & Templates: Hands-on experience with MSDS generation, template creation, and report shipping. Specification Database & Property Tree: Proficiency in managing specification databases and property trees within SAP. Bar Code & Printer Configuration: Solid experience in configuring barcode systems and printer setups within SAP. EH&S Expert Rules Writing: Ability to write and maintain EH&S expert rules to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Desirable Skills: Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with global environmental regulations and standards like GHS, REACH, and OSHA, and how they affect labelling, reporting, and EHS compliance. SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP EHS modules with other SAP solutions and third-party tools to streamline workflows. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex SAP implementations and upgrades in the EHS domain.
