He/she should be very experienced in Peoplesoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 versions. 2. He/she should have strong knowledge of Peoplesoft Absence Management & Time and Labor modules upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 versions. 3. He/she should be able to perform AM and TL processes/customizations fit/gap analysis to determine the requirements and status with 9.2 version. 4. He/she should have 9.2 AM configuration/calculation/online validation and batch experiences. 5. He/she should have a good understanding of Oracle database structure. 6. He/she should have good understanding of current environment different module definitions. 7. He/she should be able to support current 9.1 highly customized Production Absence Management and Time and Labor modules as a functional consultant. 8. He/she should have excellent documentation skills. 9. He/she should be able to document and communicate the requirements and solutions to the current development team members. 10. He/she should be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design using the delivered PeopleSoft 9.2 capabilities and minimize customized solutions. 11. He/she should be able to discuss and present to the internal architecture team the implementation model for review and approval. 12. He/she should be able to develop test plans, requirements traceability metrics. 13. He/she should be able to provide defect resolution. 14. He/she should have a good integration knowledge between different modules. 15.
