This role is critical in providing technical support for cloud infrastructure, endpoint devices, and software applications, ensuring seamless IT operations, especially during peak periods like the tax season.Key Responsibilities AWS Workspaces Management Install, configure, and maintain AWS Workspaces for internal users. Perform upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to optimize performance. Develop and implement best practices for AWS Workspaces deployment and security. Endpoint & Virtualization Support Support physical and virtual endpoints, ensuring smooth operations across all devices. Maintain and update technical documentation, including configuration settings, procedural guides, and operational standards (SOPs, Runbooks). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Customer-Centric IT Support Provide direct support to internal users, including a high volume of seasonal employees during peak times. Respond professionally to user concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, improving service delivery and satisfaction. Process Improvement & Documentation Develop and refine operational documentation and virtualization standards. Ensure all technical processes align with best practices and compliance requirements.
