This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence. - Oversee the monitoring and performance tuning of infrastructure using Dynatrace. - Provide expert-level support for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. - Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical infrastructure components. - Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions. - Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes. - Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization. - Lead incident response efforts to quickly resolve infrastructure-related issues. - Provide detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure operations and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations. - Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable operations team.
