From: Srivalli, Fluxteksolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Position : Duration : 6+ MonthsSr. SAP Project Manager Location : Denver, CO - Onsite - Expenses paid Experience : 15+ Visa Status : Any visa except OPT/ CPT Job Description: The PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the SAP implementation, including oversight of the internal functional leads and close coordination of external consultants. This role requires a highly strategic, hands-on approach to project management, ensuring that all project phases from planning through execution are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Any potential deviations must be immediately brought to the attention of the Companys senior project leadership. The PMO Manager must quickly build relationships and trust as he/she collaborates across the organization. The PMO Manager must have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of multiple successful, on-time and on budget SAP implementations. PMO Manager would be expected to work onsite in our Denver, Colorado office at least Tuesday-Thursday (may require 5 days/week at some point during the project). Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA and be well-versed in our RISE / Activate methodology; strong preference for experience with implementation at mid to large E&P companies. Experience defining system implementation governance models. Must possess excellent professional communication skills, and be able to use appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication, depending on audience. Budget Management is a critical piece of this role: must have extensive experience with budget planning, tracking, and financial oversight for large-scale projects. Should have a complete understanding of end-to-end implementation process and be aware of current status and any associated issues with the multiple workstreams and always best represent the interests of the Company. Be able to work in a continuously changing environment, while always maintaining a proactive, can-do-attitude. Must be a driver that gets things done, while ALWAYS respecting others and understanding they may have competing priorities. Risk Management Skills: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle (immediate communication to senior project leadership), developing mitigation strategies and ensuring effective and timely resolution. Oversee the change management process to ensure smooth transitions to the new SAP system. Collaborate with the OCM lead to ensure effective communication, user training, and proper documentation are in place, while monitoring the adoption and impact of the system on business operations. Manage the performance of the project team. Foster a collaborative and productive environment, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet deliverables and project milestones. He/she will be responsible for project reporting/documentation. Work closely with the PMO Support to maintain comprehensive project trackers for critical deliverables and milestones, and identified risks; including detailed budget to actual tracking.
