Role : Salesforce Health Cloud Techno Functional Architect Location: Plainsboro, NJ (3 days from office, 2 days remote) Job Description : As a Health Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet the specific customer needs of our organization and clients. Your primary focus will be on architecting scalable and efficient automation solutions that leverage the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Health Cloud solutions. Design end-to-end automation solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud, including email marketing, journey builder, automation studio, and other relevant modules. Architect data models and integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and third-party data sources. Customize and configure Health Cloud functionalities Lead technical workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and gain stakeholder buy-in. Provide guidance and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce Health Cloud features and functionalities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, data models, and integration specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and administrators, to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive business results. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Health Cloud configurations to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Stay updated with Salesforce Health Cloud product updates, releases, and industry trends to recommend and implement new features and capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities, including email studio, journey builder, automation studio, and data extensions. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for data manipulation and customization within Health Cloud. Experience with data integration techniques, including API integrations, data synchronization, and ETL processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
