No H1B Role: Salesforce Operations Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite) Job Type: Contract C2C/W2 Job Description:- We are seeking a Salesforce Operations Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee and optimize Salesforce-related operations, integrations, and enhancements within our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless Salesforce implementations and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to improve CRM operations. Oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and internal systems. Define and track key performance metrics to measure CRM effectiveness. Lead system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for Salesforce projects. Drive process improvements and best practices for Salesforce usage across teams. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, CRM strategy, or related roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex, etc.). Prior experience as a TPM, project manager, or product owner in CRM implementations. Knowledge of third-party integrations, APIs, and middleware tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications. Experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and dashboards in Salesforce. Knowledge of SOQL, SQL, or data querying tools. Experience working in fast-paced tech environments.
