Position: Lytics CDP Specialist Location: Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience Required: 3-5+ years Must Have: Hands-on experience with Lytics CDP platform Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools Experience with audience segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and campaign analysis Required Skills: 2+ years of experience with Lytics CDP or similar tools (Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud) Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Strong understanding of data mapping, LQL expertise, and data integration processes Job Summary/Responsibilities: Manage the Lytics CDP platform and integrate it with existing data sources Aggregate and enhance first-party customer data for segmentation and audience profiling Analyze customer data, create reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Build dynamic audience segments and optimize customer journeys Support marketing campaigns through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDP strategies with business objectives Maintain and configure export/import jobs, perform QA, and contribute to solution design Work Schedule: EST/PST hours (flexible shifts) 8 AM 4 PM EST or 11 AM 7 PM EST 5 AM 1 PM PST or 8 AM 4 PM PST Would you be open to discussing this further Let me know a good time to connect, or feel free to share your updated resume.
