System analysis , finding loopholes, system analysis, Communicate with business stakeholders and represent in diagrams, back office , not client facing. Documentation workflow optimization, Mapping, exploring system, existing system discovery Daily Responsibilities: Analyze existing business processes related to financial planning and sales operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes that will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with Studios strategy. Document and map current and future state processes, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. Data Analysis and Reporting. Work with data teams to analyze financial, sales, and operational data, providing insights that will inform decision-making and prioritization within the program. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present data clearly and actionably to various stakeholders. Ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained throughout the analysis and reporting processes. Stakeholder Management: Degree or certifications required: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
