Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc) 9am-5pm 11. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Five (5) years experience with front-end data warehouse or similar processing which includes extracting data for large files from various sources, cleansing data, and preparing the data for loading into a data warehouse. Five (5) years experience as an analyst-programmer performing various system development life cycle functions including project planning, requirements analysis, program specifications, coding, testing, and implementation. Five (5) years experience working with statistical reporting data tools such as SAS for large volume databases developing and maintaining production reports. Experience with paid and denied claims (diagnosis codes, procedure codes, etc.) and data standards (Protected Health Information, privacy standards, HIPAA data elements, and code sets.) 12. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill) Five (5) years-experience working in a mainframe environment (with working knowledge of COBOL, VSAM file structures, JCL and TSO) Intermediate level experience with developing program specifications, pseudo code, or logic diagrams -including Warnier-Orr diagrams to identify system changes. 13.
