Duties include independent design and implementation of various Appian based workforce application systems. Contribute to the implementation of the software development lifecycle activities from development and testing to implementation and support activities per project requirements. Design, implement, validate, and deploy new applications using the latest Appian technology. Develop user interfaces, process models and data storage in the low code Appian environment. Develop code, create artifacts like test specifications, perform testing and implement relevant go live activities. Analyze project requirements and the environment to ensure solutions consider current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. Work within the Agile framework to conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories required for development.
