Role: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Need only local candidates and Face to Face Interview is mandatory. Work Location & Attendance Requirements: Must be physically located in Georgia On-site: Tuesday to Thursday, per manager's discretion Mandatory in-person meetings: o All Hands o Enterprise Applications o On-site meetings o DECAL All Staff Work arrangements subject to management's decision Key Responsibilities: IES Gateway Integration: Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation. Solution Architecture: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting. System Integration: Create robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems. Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards. Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements, implement proper data protection and audit mechanisms. Business Collaboration: Partner with DECAL stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions. Grant Management: Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: o Minimum 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and development roles. o 2+ years experience with government system integrations. o Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms. Technical Skills: o Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns. o Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes. o Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware). o Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes. Optional Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Developer Architect o Salesforce Certified Integration Architect Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with ability to work with government stakeholders. Strong project management and documentation abilities. Leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams. Analytical approach to solving complex integration challenges. Preferred Experience: Previous experience with state-level system integrations. Knowledge of federal grant management requirements. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government projects. Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, GitHub). Thank you!
