Role: Android Open Source SME Work Location: Philadelphia, PA (Day 1 Oniste) Duration: 12 months 10+ years of exp in AOSP, Android OS and Mobile app development with expertise on voice communication suite in device. Experience on core Java and Kotlin Very good understanding of how Voice modem work within UE Knowledge on Communication between UE and the network Understanding of Voice events generation Expertise on permissions and privileges within the OS layers and app Experience on fetching OS and carrier specific data from Android mobile devices mainly network attributes that can help in diagnosing customer service issues Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Familiarity with continuous integration Keywords: user interface Pennsylvania Android Open Source SME - Philadelphia, PA (Day 1 Oniste) [email protected] |
