Job Title: SAP PMMO Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP PMMO/GPD Consultant to support and optimize Aerospace & Defense (A&D) project-based manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) or Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD), along with a strong background in SAP PS, MRP, and Logistics Execution. Key Responsibilities: SAP PMMO/GPD Implementation & Optimization: Lead SAP PMMO (or GPD) implementations with a focus on A&D project manufacturing. Configure and optimize Grouping, Pegging, Distribution, and Breakpoints. Enhance material requirements planning (MRP) and streamline project execution. Project Systems & Logistics Execution: Work with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Assembly Processing, and Complex Manufacturing. Configure SAP PS, including Project Logistics & Controlling, BoMs, Routings, and Goods Movements. Support MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations within SAP. Integration & Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA best practices for project-based manufacturing. Functional integration with Material Master, MRP, Shop Floor Execution, and Capacity Planning. Expertise in Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies, interplant transfers, subcontracting, and quota arrangements. Solution Design & Business Collaboration: Conduct business process workshops and lead requirement gathering sessions. Develop functional specifications, design estimates, and project plans. Provide SAP best practice recommendations and resolve system gaps. Collaboration & Communication: Work with offshore/onshore teams to deliver SAP solutions globally. Troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. Develop training materials, workshop collateral, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of SAP PMMO experience (or GPD with at least one customer go-live) 5+ years of SAP PS experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation Strong understanding of A&D project-based manufacturing and complex logistics Expertise in MRP, BOMs, Routings, and Project Logistics Execution S/4HANA experience with a focus on Project Systems & Manufacturing Optimization Excellent problem-solving skills & root cause analysis expertise Ability to work in a globally distributed environment with offshore teams SAP PS certification is a plus -- Keywords: information technology golang California : SAP PMMO/GPD Consultant - Remote - Long Term Contract [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2204803&uid= |
