Need Local from Florida POSITION Tableau Developer/Qualtrics Developer LOCATION They are looking for someone in the Ft. Myers, FL area who would work remotely but be able to come into the Estero offices when needed. DURATION 6-month contract INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA TYPE No H1B REQUIRED SKILLS Key Responsibilities: Qualtrics Development: o Design, implement, and maintain surveys using Qualtrics. o Work with cross-functional teams to develop automated workflows and integrate Qualtrics with internal systems. o Implement logic and advanced survey features (e.g., quotas, custom reporting). o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to survey design and data collection processes. Tableau Dashboard Development: o Create interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize complex survey data and other organizational data sources. o Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and report requirements. o Maintain and update Tableau dashboards as needed to reflect evolving business needs. o Optimize dashboard performance for quick, real-time access to key metrics. Data Management: o Manage and clean Qualtrics data to ensure accuracy and reliability. o Ensure data from Qualtrics is integrated seamlessly into Tableau for reporting purposes. o Handle data validation, reconciliation, and integration with other internal platforms. Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions. o Provide technical support and training to internal users on both Qualtrics and Tableau tools. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: Experience: o 2+ years of experience in developing surveys, dashboards, and reports in Qualtrics and Tableau. o Strong proficiency in Tableau Dashboard development, including advanced features like calculated fields, data blending, and user-level security. o Hands-on experience with Qualtrics API, integrating data from Qualtrics into external systems (e.g., Tableau, databases). Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages to extract and manipulate data. o Strong experience with data visualization best practices in Tableau. o Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScriptand HTML for enhancing Qualtrics surveys and reports. o Experience with Qualtrics XM Platform and features such as Survey Flow, Piped Text, Custom Scoring, etc. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: o Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights through Tableau visualizations. o Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues in both Qualtrics surveys and Tableau dashboards. Communication: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with advanced Qualtrics features like Text iQ, Analytics iQ, or Actions. Experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and large dataset management. Tableau Certification (Desktop or Server) or similar qualifications.
