The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Unix, SQL, Tableau, and Python. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Experience: 5 to 8 Yrs Required Skills: Unix, Python, Tableau, SQL Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain data models using SQL to support business analysis and reporting. - Create and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide insights to stakeholders. - Utilize Python to automate data processing and analysis tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. - Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses. - Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve data discrepancies. - Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data quality. - Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of business initiatives. - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics. - Support the implementation of new systems and tools to enhance business processes.
