Job Title: MDM - SME (Informatica) Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Duration: Long-term Job Title: MDM SME Informatica Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Informatica to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica MDM. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to define MDM strategies, and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing MDM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions to support enterprise-wide data management initiatives. Define MDM architecture, best practices, and strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Lead MDM implementations including data modeling, match/merge rules, workflows, and business rules configuration. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze master data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategies. Develop data governance frameworks and policies for managing master data across multiple domains. Integrate MDM solutions with various source systems, applications, and reporting platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot MDM system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime. Stay updated with the latest Informatica MDM features, industry trends, and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on Informatica MDM. Strong hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, ActiveVOS, Hierarchy Manager, and Data Director. Expertise in data modeling, match/merge rules, data quality management, and governance frameworks. Experience integrating MDM solutions with various enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI tools, etc.). Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, etc.) and data integration methodologies. Experience with cloud-based MDM implementations (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
