Please have a look at the job, you may reply to this e-mail directly with resume to get in touch with me. 2 Roles ServiceNow HRSD Developer or ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead Remote with minimum travel onsite in Houston, TX Contract Description Expenses will be paid for travel We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD developer. This role will be responsible for implementing, and configuring our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience across the organization. Position general duties and tasks : Configure and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, and Employee Document Management Design and implement HR workflows, knowledge bases, and self-service portals Develop and maintain HR service catalog items and record producers Configure and optimize Employee Journey Management solutions Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (HRIS, Learning Management Systems) Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems Implement and maintain data privacy and security controls Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics Perform system upgrades and testing Implement and maintain HR automation processes using Flow Designer and Integration Hub Qualifications: Proven experience in a delivery architect role, ideally within a consulting environment). At least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology Experience with ServiceNow HRSD suite (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Document Management), ServiceNow Platform (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Performance Analytics), JavaScript and business rule development, REST APIs and web services HR systems integration experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification or proven recent experience in system administrative duties in ServiceNow. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist-HR and Application Developer are added advantages. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Certifications: ServiceNow certifications CSA CAD, particularly in HRSD, are highly desirable.
