In this role, the expectation is to act as the primary technical contact with full ownership from a technical perspective. Responsibilities in this role also include supporting and troubleshooting solutions in a live production environment. Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live Principal Consultants will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution. Key expectations are to configure complex business scenarios within the Varicent platform and develop technical solutions to new or highly complex problems that cannot be solved using existing methods or approaches Preferred profile should have 5+ years of configuration experience within the Varicent platform. Strong external client facing experience and expert level communication skills including writing, listening and speaking.
