From: Arbaz Qureshi, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role name: | Adobe Architect | Role Description: | Work with clients marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs), for new projects/enhancements Define the best analytics approach using Adobe Analytics Product Suite Manage the processes for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web sites Full responsibility for analytics needs across customer analytics platforms Ensure data integrity & documentation of tracking standards Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation Develop custom reports and dashboards Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to define analytics requirements Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior Create and maintain documentation for analytics implementations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Work across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data Provide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support Proactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements Manage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives both current and futureUnderstanding Analytics integration of Salesforce Adobe Launch (Mandatory) Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies in Adobe Launch Setup the tagging in Adobe Launch Platform Generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment directly through Adobe Launch Must have experience creating SDR, developing Tagging Measurement strategies and planning that ensures data collection which aligns with business needs. Must be hands-on and work with various cross-functional development teams to implement web tagging as well as mobile app tagging for IOS and Android using the Mobile SDK. Hands on experience with analytics tools such as adobe debugger tool, AEP Assurance, Charles proxy, Fiddler and ability to troubleshoot the tagging issues for native mobile app , regularly audit data collection processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Good to have experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace, advanced segmentation in workspace, datafeeds, working with Adobe IO. Good to have experience with Web SDk, Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics.
