Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager with expertise in cost optimization. Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. Experience in the retail sector is a significant advantage. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
