Please find the job details below: Job Title: CRM Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant Location: St. Louis, MO (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Functional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.). Strong understanding of CRM business processes, data structures, and workflow automation. Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design. Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and access control mechanisms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript for CRM development. Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules in Dynamics 365. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web APIs, and REST/SOAP services for integration. SQL and FetchXML query experience for data retrieval and reporting. Familiarity with Dataverse (CDS), Dynamics 365 SDK, and XRM Toolbox.
