Job Type: Contract Department: Bank Tech / Retail Bank Digital Customer Experience (DCX - OMG) MUST HAVE EX CAPITAL ONE EXPERIENCE, Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Developer to join our team supporting the Digital Customer Experience (DCX - OMG) team within the Retail Bank. This role will primarily focus on maintaining and enhancing the legacy UI until decommissioning. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the user interface continues to perform seamlessly during the transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development, AngularJS, Node.js, and familiarity with key DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and ServiceNow. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable UI components that work seamlessly within the legacy infrastructure while ensuring a smooth transition as we move toward the future. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the legacy UI for customer-facing digital banking applications. Perform updates and fixes to the OAO UI legacy applications ensuring smooth functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to deliver features and updates. Ensure proper version control and deployment using GitHub and OnePipeline. Monitor and troubleshoot UI issues in the legacy system, ensuring that critical services and features remain operational. Support the team in the use of ServiceNow to handle incidents and requests related to UI and application maintenance. Work with testing tools such as Grunt, Karma, Ruby, Cucumber, and BrowserStack for unit, integration, and dependency testing. Contribute to CICD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and AWS S3 to ensure efficient deployment of static content and gear. Collaborate on UI-related feature developments including joint application prospect, existing account opening, SSO, and APEX flows.
