Job Title: QA Test Engineer Location: Mount Laurel,NJ Job Summary: The QA Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure that software products meet quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Responsibilities: Test Planning and Design: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Analyze requirements and specifications to identify testing needs. Design test data and test environments. Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools and frameworks. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Automate repetitive testing tasks. Defect Management: Report and track software defects using bug tracking systems. Work with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes. Perform root cause analysis of defects. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Communicate test results and defect status effectively.
