Position: Oracle SCM Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite 5 days a week) Duration: Long Term Contract Experience Required: Relevant experience in Oracle SCM BA Must Have: Strong experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis Experience working with large-scale programs and handling day-to-day operational requests Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of Agile principles and processes Required Skills: Experience/exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing (good to have) Proficiency with JIRA for backlog management, user stories, and test plans Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe Experience in creating business/system process diagrams, use cases, and UAT plans Ability to monitor and evaluate project progress at each stage Job Summary/Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to understand and translate their needs into IT requirements Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and oversee requirement implementation Manage business relationships, expectations, and communication Support and align efforts to meet business needs and company strategy Monitor program/requirement progress and liaise with development teams and end-users Drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements Would you be open to discussing this role further Please let me know a convenient time to connect or share your updated resume.
