Role 1: RTE / Program Manager Location: Hartford CT Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, agile methodologies, and technical expertise. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage and deliver complex projects successfully. Foster communication and collaboration between Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART) and all appropriate stakeholders. Mature Agile practices of ARTs teams and stakeholders. SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist & Scrum Master certified . Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams across diverse roles. Strong experience/knowledge in cloud technologies (AWS), RPA (UI Path), and Java/Angular. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Strong technical background with knowledge of APIs, databases, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong exp. in Cybersecurity and Data Governance Role 2 - Program Manager/Project Manager/ Cybersecurity Manager Location: USA (Remote) Overall 10+ years experience Vertical- Healthcare JD- Cybersecurity and Data Governance experience Some program management experience AI experience preferred. Monitor and track project progress, and report on milestones and deliverables. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
