Experience with Immutable backup and Scale-Out Repository configuration for on-prem and Azure storage accounts. Network protocol analysis using NetScout nGeniusOne and Wireshark for any application in use at the SCC. Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Synergy and C7000 Compute modules, HPE Synergy and C7000 Network and SAN Interconnects. HPE 3PAR and Alletra Storage arrays, HP5100 / 5260 Backup Storage arrays, HPE SAN switches, Citrix NetScaler, Azure and OCI load balancers and application firewall. Network appliances (physical and virtual), Cisco Routers, Firewall and Network Switches, Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama. Work with external account managers from various manufactures to maintain Service contracts, meet to discuss new technology, when to upgrade. Work with all levels of people internal and external to the SCC to resolve issues related to applications, network communication or services.
