RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing Development and Implementation: Lead and manage the software development life cycle, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Designing Functional Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders, design efficient software solutions, and stay updated on industry trends. Creating and Configuring New Orgs: Establish and configure new organizational structures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with system administrators. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address code quality issues. Providing Technical Leadership and Support: Mentor development teams, collaborate with project managers, and address technical challenges for project success. Creating Technical Design Documentation: Produce detailed technical design documentation, communicate technical concepts effectively, and maintain documentation. Estimating Releases: Work with project managers and teams to estimate release timelines and resource requirements, adjusting estimates as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the software development life cycle. Proficiency in development using LWC, Apex, and Aura components. Over 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems. Thorough understanding of architecture-specific concepts and proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions. Strong knowledge of integration practices, including the use of REST API. Pre-Sales Experience is a huge plus. Bachelors degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related field required.
