Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at sunita.rani@scalable-systems.com Job Title- UKG Pro WFM, Dell Boomi Integrations Location- Houston, TX TCS Contract positions: UKG Pro WFM & Dell Boomi Integration Engineer to design, develop, and manage integrations between UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and various enterprise applications using Dell Boomi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Kronos Group), expertise in Dell Boomi iPaaS, and a strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise applications using Dell Boomi. Configure and customize UKG Pro WFM to meet business requirements for workforce scheduling, time tracking, payroll processing, and compliance. Build and manage Dell Boomi integration workflows, including API-based and file-based data transfers. Develop custom connectors, API integrations, and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow across HR, payroll, finance, and IT systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, payroll, and business analysts, to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting data synchronization issues, latency, and errors. Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and HR/payroll regulations when handling sensitive employee data. Document integration processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and audit purposes. Stay updated with UKG Pro WFM and Dell Boomi platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in workforce management technology.
