In general Im seeing a lot more S/4 experience than Im seeing PM experience. We really want someone who is grounded in things like project plans, risks, deliverables, etc. All three candidates were overly technical and werent able to showcase how they act as a PM. Job Description: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, technology, or related field.
