Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, customizing applications to meet specific client requirements. Intelligent Performance Management (IPM): Utilize IPM features to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities. Engage with clients to assess their business processes, financial reporting needs, and strategic objectives, providing expert guidance on EPM capabilities. System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, implementing enhancements and ensuring the reliability and scalability of EPM solutions. Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training, create comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing support to address user issues and system improvements. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Intelligent Performance Management. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including modules like EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications related to EPM applications. Technical Skills: Experience with data integration tools, scripting (e.g., UNIX scripting), and automation within the Oracle EPM environment. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
