Skills/Experience needed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, SCM or any related field. 10+ years of experience as Senior BSA Consultant/strategy manager to support teams focused on system enhancements, quality improvement, and reporting within a supply chain environment. Expertise with Documentation & Process Improvement, Project management, Data analysis, Power BI, refining and standardizing processes, developing templates for clear communication and presentations, and implementing tools to improve reporting efficiency. Design and implement communication templates for various business functions, including project updates, client communications, and internal newsletters. Work closely with the branding team to ensure all templates, presentations, and documents reflect the companys brand identity. Manage purchase order processes, tracking approvals, and maintaining records of supplier interactions. Oversee and support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones, track progress, and adjust timelines when needed. Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business improvement and project evaluation. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for key metrics to support decision-making and project tracking. Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
