The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Kronos Workforce Management systems and extensive experience working with Dell Boomi and UKG Pro solutions. As an integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between various systems and platforms to enhance the workforce management experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and data flows. Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration and implementation of Dell Boomi solutions with UKG Pro (formerly Kronos). Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure proper integration between UKG Pro and other enterprise applications. Develop, configure, and maintain integration flows between Dell Boomi and UKG Pro to ensure accurate data synchronization. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to Dell Boomi, UKG Pro, and related systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient integration solutions. Monitor and maintain the performance of the integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Perform testing and validation to ensure all integrations meet business needs and compliance standards. Provide technical support and guidance for integration processes during the development lifecycle and post-deployment. Continuously assess integration processes and suggest improvements for performance and reliability. Competencies: Kronos Workforce Management Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of workforce management solutions and their integration needs. Dell Boomi: Expertise in integrating applications and automating workflows using Dell Boomi platform. UKG Pro (formerly Kronos): Deep understanding of UKG Pro functionalities and its integration with other enterprise applications. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Dell Boomi integrations. Proven experience working with UKG Pro (Kronos) systems, specifically in integrating workforce management tools. Essential Skills: Expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi Flow, Boomi Integration, or similar tools). In-depth experience with UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce Management solutions. Strong technical troubleshooting skills for integration issues. Ability to develop and maintain integrations between various enterprise platforms. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud-based integrations and architecture in Dell Boomi. Knowledge of related technologies and tools such as SAP, Workday, or other HRIS systems.
